How to choose an anal training kit
An anal trainer kit lets you progress at your own pace with sizes designed to work together. Look at the size range, the material and the shape before you buy, and read the listed diameter of every plug in the set.
Size range
Check the diameter of the smallest plug, which should feel easy for a beginner. Then look at the jump between sizes, since smaller steps make progress more comfortable. If the largest plug seems far off, that is fine; most people take weeks or months to size up, and some never need the biggest one.
Material and shape
Choose body-safe silicone. It is soft enough for comfort and firm enough to insert easily. A slim, tapered tip and narrow neck help each plug stay in place. Some kits add vibration to one plug; for more powered options see anal vibrators. You can also buy single butt plugs to fill gaps in a set.
What else helps
- Plenty of thick anal lube. Use a water-based formula with silicone toys.
- An optional rinse with one of our douches and enemas.
- A gentle toy cleaner and a storage pouch for after each session.
How to use a training set
Start with the smallest plug for short sessions. Relax, breathe and go slow. Move up only when the current size feels easy. Never use numbing products, since discomfort is a sign to slow down. If plugs are not for you, slim anal beads are another gentle option among beginner anal toys.
