Privacy is part of every ThirdLust order. Here is exactly what to expect from checkout to your front door.
Plain, unbranded packaging
Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no ThirdLust logo, no product names, and no hints about what is inside. The return address shows a neutral sender name. Product packaging stays inside the outer box.
Discreet billing
Your card or PayPal statement shows a neutral business name, not the name of an adult store. Order confirmation and shipping emails use plain subject lines.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will get an email with a tracking link. If anything looks off with delivery, call us at 800-618-6053 and a real person will help.
Your information
You can check out as a guest, and you do not need an account to place an order. Read our privacy policy for details on how we handle your data.
